Burke Cited in Top 20
Former The American Acupuncturist Editor-in-Chief Adam Burke attains benchmark as one of top 20 “most cited” articles for key study written with Dawn Upchurch, Claire Dye and Laura Chyu.
Adam Burke PhD, MPH, LAc worked diligently to improve the quality and field prominence of The American Acupuncturist during his year-long tenure in that position. His outreach efforts helped to construct The American Acupuncturist Editorial Board and gain indexing for the AAAOM quarterly. This busy schedule did not stop Adam from contributing his own research to the journal, on occasion. A shorter version of the article below first appeared in The American Acupuncturist (Fall 2006, Vol. 37 Pp. 30-31).
